Walk out your hotel lobby door to see geysers, bison and more when you stay at the Old Faithful Inn at Yellowstone National Park in parts of Wyoming, Montana, and Idaho. Plus, you can bring home a little souvenir (soap) bear!

It's easy to walk to many geyers and other interesting sites – you can see in the photos how close the Inn is not only to Old Faithful, but other landmarks and paths. This makes it easy to check out the area at different times of day, as this interesting landscape can look remarkably different depending on the light.

Inside, the Inn is rustic with a breathtaking multi-story stone fireplace in the center of the open great room. Relax after a nice meal in oversized wood furniture (especially fun for young visitors!)

One of the best features of the Inn is being able to take advantage of the views and experience even if you have other commitments. I unfortunately had some work to do while we were there, but sitting outside on the deck with my laptop made it much more palatable.
